INTRODUCTION

Our office is a law office launched in Sasebo city, Nagasaki prefecture.

Currently, 4 lawyers (Shota TAKEGUCHI, Yuko HORI, Takashi MATSUDA,Hideyuki YAZAKI) are enrolled. Our office is characterized as 4 lawyers including one female lawyer and 7 members for secretariat. This system makes us full-fledged law office in Sasebo.

In our office, 30 minutes of the first consultation is made free as a rule in principle. Legal consultation for business trip consultation and at night-time also available.

1 About the Area Handled by Our Office
We deal with legal issues for those who live in Nagasaki prefecture and Saga prefecture (mainly in Imari city, Arita, Takeo city etc.) and Fukuoka prefecture.
 
2 About Our Staff
Currently, as we have 4 lawyers and 7 for secretariat, our office is relatively substantial. In addition, as our office is aiming what is called a one-stop service, we are deepening cooperation with judicial scrivener, tax accountant, certified social insurance labor consultant, administrative scrivener, real estate appraiser, real estate agent, social welfare counselor, psychiatric social worker and counselor.

3 About Our Areas of Expertise
Since we opened our office in June 2012, we have already provided over 7000 consultations. Of the issues dealt with in our office, the most frequent cases are Family law issues between couples (e.g. Divorce), traffic accidents, debt problems (multiple debts, debt consolidation, etc.), criminal cases (victim agents / criminal defense), gender issues. In addition, we deal with various fields such as Family law (wills, inheritance), labor issues, advisers (corporate legal affairs), consumer problems, real estate issues, intellectual property, medical problems and so on, so please feel free to contact us.

Even if you visit us without prior inquiries or reservation, we will deal meet the visitors request as much as possible. However, when you visit our office without appointment, unfortunately, if all of our lawyers have tight schedule, we might ask you to arrange another day.

On your appointment day, please bring any documents and/or data related to your concerns / problems for consultation. We keep personal information confidential.
 
 
Step5 Follow-up Consultation:
If you think that you wish to ask a lawyer for continuous consultation, please tell the lawyer. We will provide you an estimate of expenses and explain the cost by a lawyer at a later date.Free for

AFTER YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION

After your first consultation, you will have possible options as follows by depending on the case of your situation in the future.

 

1) One-time Consultation or follow-up consultation:

+ ¥5500  (tax included) per 30 minutes.

 

2) When you need to retain us:

If and when you wish to retain us, we will explain the process and costs for your case.

When you formally retain us, firstly you need to pay initial fee *1 and actual expenses *2, then we will embark on your case.

 

 *1 Initial Fee and actual expenses would be varied depending on simplicity or complexity of your case.

Please note that even if the project you requested is unsuccessful as a result, in principle, we can not return the initial fee to you.

 

*2 Actual expenses:

Fee for copy, fax, documentary stamp fee to be paid to the court, prepaid mail (stamp) fee, recording copy cost, appraisal fee etc. For cases requiring a business trip by lawyer, transportation fee, accommodation fee and daily allowance would be required.

 

The actual expenses will be kept as your deposit when you formally retain us. After that, we will spend actual expenses from your deposits, and in case we run out, we may charge you additional fee. On the contrary, if deposits are surplus at the end of the case, we will refund the remaining amount.

 

3) After the case, you would be charged contingency fee.

Contingency fee will be ranged depending on the result of the case. As a result of intervention by lawyer, if you achieve your economic benefits, we will charge you contingency fee on the degree of success. However, in the case that you have not gained any economic benefit, despite the intervention of a lawyer, you may not incur any fee. Please note that you will be responsible for certain amount of contingency fee, regardless of economic interests, when it is inevitable case that the lawyer needs to take complicated procedures such as conciliation or litigation.
